When I think of poutine I think of big fresh cut fries that are crispy and a nice thick gravy. These were soggy and basic. I... also think the people serving us need to learn basic customer service skills. When you hand a customer their food and they saythank you, you?re suppose to say you?re welcome and not look blankly at them. Without proper customer service sorry but youwon?t survive. You have to get poutine when you're in Hamilton, and you might as well get it at one of the most popular poutineries around, and... it's the most popular one for a good reason. The food was all fresh and delicious, and I'm glad the service was warm and patientas they helped a lot in navigating the giant menu. Highly recommend a visit here! What a lovely place. Fast service, kind employee, clean place. Plus can't say how the meal is full and it's filling. They are... so generous to shake the box and fill it more.
