Staff needs to learn phone manners and how to take orders over the phone. I was placed on hold 3 times for a simple 5 item order... and made to repeat each time. When I was placed on hold a 4th time just to tell me what my total is, I hung up and found anotherrestaurant. Read more
After many disappointing Chinese food on the Mountain (Hamilton in general) , I think we found a spot (hopefully consistent)... where we're happy with the food and service. The price, taste and quality of the food was good. The soup wasn't the greatest,but rice, wings and spicy chicken stood out. Read more
Horrible service and laziest business ever! First called for delivery and once they got my address, they had no idea where my... location was. When I told them that I?m only one block away then they said they don?t do delivery today all of sudden. Don?tadvertise that you deliver at all.
