You’ve seen the photos and it is what it is. You cook your own food which is fun. Unfortunately it doesn’t taste good as... there is no seasoning, no oils etc to cook with. You can’t just throw garlic, onions and mushrooms without salt, pepper, oilto make them. The meats are poor quality deli like cuts. The chances of you cross contaminating is very high. The staff arenice. This is the second time I’ve been and the experience has been the same. Don’t come here for the food. They alsodon’t know how to pour beer. Lots of foam and very small sizes. Overall a great place to have lunch or dinner! Not the most exotic Korean BBQ in terms of food but everything tasted really... nicely. Washrooms are really clean as well. One of my favourite dishes to order was the bacon-wrapped asparagus — that’s amust try! Read more
Let's be honest. This place is a true 5 star. Great food. Great service. They have a wide variety menu that wins over every... person I take there. We always enjoy ourselves. I have been going for 5 years i think and it always keeps me coming back. Therehas been no time where I've had a bad experience. Prices are reasonable for the selection and quality. The staff is Nice.Understanding. Prompt and helpful. I reccomend booking a reservation prior as demand is usually fairly high. If you leave thisplace hungry I'd be surprised. Visited this place for the first time recently. I'd had Korean food in the past but some years ago so it was pretty much a new... experience. The waitress didn't start off that friendly but eventually warmed up to us. We ordered several starters (kim chi,edamame, radish, etc) and some seemed fresh, but some seemed like they had been sitting on the tray/plate for hours/days in thefridge. We did not like the kim chi, tofu or edamame, which were three we were looking forward to trying. We also ordered someof the fried chickens like Pineapple chicken. I am certain these dishes were microwaved before serving since when eating apiece, half would be warmish and half completely cold. I did like the AAA beef (which we cooked ourselves on the grill) but notthe ribs (too much fat for my liking). We enjoyed some dessert (they had 3 choices of ice cream and a few other things likesesame balls and custard balls). Not sure if we will be back as it's quite expensive, but it was nice to be at an all you caneat which wasn't buffet style. Read more
Nice restaurant. Drinks were good, food was good. This was my first time trying this place - interesting concept of the bbq at... the table and cooking it yourself. Pretty cool, a little bit on the pricier side but it’s for the experience they’re giving.I’d probably go back with friends. Read more
Interesting all you can eat experience on Hamilton Mountain. Korean BBQ? At Spring Grill house you cook your own food at... special tables that have their own BBQ grill located in the middle of the table. Our experience there was good. My wife and Iwent on a busy Saturday night and we were seated quickly when we checked into our reservation. The staff were friendly butvery busy and we were quickly shown how the ordering process works. We were given a tablet that had the whole drink, food anddesert menu on it. Basically, you place the order on the tablet, its checked by a server and its sent to your table. Allgrillable items are sent in small portions to the table and you use the hibatchi (small bbq) to cook the food (meat, fish,vegatables). All other products that are fried or steamed are sent to the table fully prepared. Prices are a little higherthan a regular buffet, but the novelty of bbq your own food is cool. 4 stars Read more
Delicious all you can eat grilled BBQ, lots of fresh meats and seafood for grilling. I liked grilling some fresh onions and... zucchini with my tasty meats. It was very noisy was the only negative. Staff was fast, attentive and friendly. Little pricey butI can eat alot of grilled meats so its a nice treat once in a while. I definitely recommend checking it out. Read more
Went to dinner here for the first time and was very impressed. We were promptly seated to a nice big booth and staff were very... friendly. We were given water right away and a tablet to start choosing our food options. We started clicking away at so manyyummy choices. Within 5-10mins we had everything we chose on our table and we started grilling away. It was so much fun to grilleverything to our liked doneness. Everything was lightly seasoned and thinly sliced for quick cooking. We continued to ordermore 2-3 times and the food just kept coming.
