Wow, if only i could give a zero! Loool! My friend gets this one espresso ALL THE TIME! It is a $4.80 drink. The Starbucks at... Jackson decided to charge my boyfriend $7.30! For this drink, i corrected them saying it should only be $5 and they say ?no, itspriced this way because we are a franchise.? I acknowledge you are, I have shown you a picture and pointed out my friend orderedit, its OBVIOUSLY known this is a franchise. Thank you for charging me $7.30 because you have no idea what you are doing in thisindustry:) have fun with another low rating and bunch of customers lost! The staff here are very friendly, but I suspect some of them don't know how many espresso shots go into an Americano - twice now... I've gotten a gross cup of very weak coffee. It's supposed to be three shots, folks. Read more
I haven?t had Starbucks coffee since before the lockdown. I ordered a cinnamon almond milk latte and egg bites. We also needed... some beans for our coffee machine so I ordered a pound of coffee beans and a brewed coffee. It all arrived hot and fresh. I had a great experience here. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. This location seems to be popular and always... busy, so all the tables are usually preoccupied, but theres extra seating in the Sheraton Hotel lobby. Read more
Come to this starbucks often (usually after payday lol) and I'm never disappointed. Their new tie dye frapp is super good and... tastes like banana? But not in an overly in your face kind of way. Super refreshing ???? Read more

My least favourite location. Every single table has garbage on it. Service is good. But you cannot redeem your stars.
Not a huge fan of this location. To start, the staff are super friendly, curtious and kind. The location seems to have... inconsistent hours and has been closed at times when it should be open. Line ups and waits can be unpredictable and long. Alsonot a fan of paying $1.00 more for non-dairy option. Read more
