Super rude when I brought my salad back woth a big black hair, and then tried saying maybe it was mine. . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. My boyfriend and I ordered from her through the uber eats app. Well first of all they labeled the... subs COMPLETELY wrong. Then on my boyfriend sub he was missing 4 toppings. On my sub I was missing 2 and the main one was cheeseplus on top of that our subs WERE NOT toasted like they should have been. So we called the subway to let them know they had mademistakes on our subs, the guy who answered the phone was very rude and yelling at us, on top of that he was acting like we wereswearing at him. Well whatever so we hang up and continue contacting uber eats for a refund when we see a hair in our subs. I amabsolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS. The lack of customer service is outrageous and the cleanliness is poor. I totally do notrecommend going to this subway. Read more
This is the best Subway in the city and the only one we go to on a regular basis. The staff is incredibly friendly and... accommodating. My son has some major food allergies and they go over and above to ensure his sub is made safely no matter whenwe go. He loves that some of the staff know his order too!
