Absolutely rude customer service... I placed an online order... waited my time... and was taking a little longer then... expected... so I went In and waited... the two "workers" continued to stair at me and make other people's subs as they walkedin... at this point I used the rest room, which was flooded to the heavins and they said it wasn't there issue.... so then Iasked about my order... to wich they said I never sent one and must be at the wrong place.... then I said nope... this is thelocation and they said no that's not our adres.... then they released... oh it wad there adress... after finally receiving myoder... 15min late.... I find out the pop machine isn't working... so I politely asked if I could just grab a bottle pop....well.... One of few places open after midnight, when I work late I often pop in here if I don't feel like cooking. Prices have gone up,... much like everywhere else, but you won't pay more than $15 for basically any 12" sub with a drink and chips/cookies, and theircookies are really good! Also have bowls now, which are the contents of a sub minus the actual sub bun. Employees are alwaysnice and storefront is clean & organized. Read more
Never order here online or even eat at this place because They are extremely rude. I ordered a sub through skip the dishes and... they accepted it. I was waiting for like 20 minutes before I receive a message from my driver saying that they are refusing tomake my food even though they accepted it and kicked my driver out. Luckily I was able to get my money back. Please be carefuldealing with this place. They will scam you at this point. Read more
took a bite into my sandwich and felt some resistance as I pulled the sandwich away from my mouth. If I want to get food around midnight this is one of the very few options open besides McDonald?s. Convenient location open till... 2am and close to Mohawk and the link. Tons of parking.
