The food quality seems to have improved over the years although the portions have seriously shrunk and the prices have... dramatically increased just as they seem to have done everywhere since the pandemic. I had a steak burrito supreme with nachossupreme and a drink . The total was over $13.00 for what was really just filling enough for a tasty snack, not a meal. I took3 bites from the burrito and still had not tastes any steak, only piles of mushy refried beans which didnt used to be in thisitem. I took it back up and was informed that it only comes with one small scoop of steak so they would remake it but itwouldn't have anymore steak in it. So my remade product was basically a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and a tiny dollop of sourcream since there apparently isnt any tomatoes in it either now. The nachos were crispy but again, no tomatoes and also no greenonions so it looked pretty bare. It would seem that they have changed the nacho cheese and it doesn't taste nearly as good asit used to. I went back up and ordered the cinnabon delights which were very tasty but also quite small (smaller than theamazing shrinking Timbit) so the 4 piece order for 2.59 was just a tease. Not all Taco Bells are the same. This one is one of the better ones. My tacos were made good based on Taco Bell standards. ... The soft taco was made much better than the hard taco. Outside of the restaurant was clean. The staff member at the drive thruwas good and paid attention to detail. Nothing looked runned down. My hard taco was slim on the meat. Went through the drive-thru and handed the employee a 20 dollar bill. Waited for my change 3.75. He literally threw my bag of... food out the window and I SAW him take the change out of the till and pocket it! Management better take care of your employeesstealing from customers. UPDATE (5/8/2022): Went back on a Sunday afternoon for the Spicy Taco Big Box combo again with hard beef tacos. The flavour was... exploding in each of the three tacos this time, the fries supreme was swimming in cheesy goodness and the cinnamon twists weredelectable. I couldn't tell which part of the combo was my favourite, now that's how you do Taco Bell! Compliments to thechef! Old: The big box combo this time was decent value. Service could be improved as nobody gave me a cup for my drink and Ihad to ask for it. Lastly, the side door opens up right onto the ramp and I wasn't expecting the sudden drop in ground levelwhen I stepped out, hyperextended my knee when I took my first step out. Absolutely horrible service. I had to go back twice today because they could not for the life of them get a simple two plain... LETTUCE, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE taco right. First time you out MEAT. Second time you put tomatoes. You even repeated the orderback to us TWICE! Maybe your attention to detail should be evaluated. When people come through the drive threw we would reallyrather NOT have to come back if we don’t live around the restaurant. It shouldn’t be hard at all to read and do the properorder. Ya okay maybe one error, but to mess it up a second time LOL I can’t even. And then to top it off you say we said thatwe wanted that. Bro the food looks depressing to look at and the food wasn’t good, whenever we crave it, it always disappoints. Fries tasted a... day old, how do you even mess up fries?
