Messed up our order. When I went inside to clear it up, the drive through attendant lied and said he verified my order over the... mic. These are my awful $5 Fan favourite soft and hard taco supremes. Only they forgot to make them supreme. No receipt. Drive... thru person didn?t even say hello or thanked me. Just gave me the debit machine, the bag and that?s it. This place needs newmanagement and a complete facelift. Overall poor experience from a customer service side and food. I've gotten a messed up order too many times at this location and I'm DONE! They've messed up with both my order from the drive... thru And my orders with uber eats and this is ridiculous. I've called them about issues multiple times and they have nevergiven me a solution to the issues. This is the last straw. This time they read half of my instructions and subbed sour creamout of the order but still put meat and cheese on a bean crunchwrap for a vegan. This taco bell has never been remodeled since it was built and it is hilariously retro. The decor was definitely my favorite... part of the visit. Food was fine and service was fine...got what I asked for and the food wasn't chintzy. Do recommend for thetime warp. Read more
I would give this place zero stars in fact. I used the drive through a year ago and the soft tacos were barely warm. Very... little ingredients inside the taco.
