I ordered the Beef Yakisoba w/ Teriyaki Sauce. Tasted great! Service was friendly and efficient.
New management or ownership in the last month or so has seen a huge decline in customer service and food quality. The staff and... cooks are inexperienced and rude. I was told 4 times in the span of a month that they were "out of rice". This had neverhappened to me in the many years prior that I visited with the old ownership. Bring back the old staff. The cooks are notefficient and lack the proper experience to prepare the food correctly. THE WORST THING ABOUT THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS THE FACTTHEY HAVE REMOVED BEAN SPROUTS FROM THE MENU! They are the most popular menu item and are a staple in this type of cuisine. Verydissapointing. Read more
Food is not fresh. Beef tastes chewy, chicken frozen and shrimp not deveined. Would not come back
The sweetest people and amazing food! I can?t eat normal noodles because of an allergy. I been going to them for years and they... specially clean the grill for me before they cook, they carry a gluten-free soy bottle for me since I use to bring one to themall with my in my purse several years ago. Thankfully they do carry rice noodles! They?re so amazing and always smiling, andwhen they see my face they just start preparing my order because they know their customers very well. Horrible spot to get your food my chicken smelt really bad and the portions of veggies on my chicken teryaki was a disgrace. You... guys chince people on food but yet charge them 12 dollars for what ? Stop chincing people on meat and veggies when you?recharging that much! Read more
I'm from out of town and have a Teriyaki Experience in the mall by my house that I frequent. I made the mistake of expecting the... same level of quality and customer service here as at home. This was absolutely the worst teriyaki experience I've ever had.The "spicy chicken" was pre-cooked and already marinated or something, the noodles weren't fried with the chicken and veggies,and it was drenched in a sweet-ish sauce rather than a nice spicy one.
