Great spot for lunch on a chilly day. tried their tomato soup, which was the best I?ve ever tried, the grilled cheese was bigger... than expected for the price and the fries are great, not too crispy but not too soggy. The atmosphere is nice, it?s a pickupcounter with tables to sit at. Overall it was a great meal with fair prices, I would love to try their full menu of soupseventually. Read more

Phenomenal soup and burger joint. 5 or so daily soups to choose from. Usually a vegan option or two (these sellout quick).... Some soups for purchase by the litre to take home. A couple of burger options. My son's love them. Fries with curry ketchupare amazing. Salad option. Pop available. Limited seating that fills up fast. Great to go/take out spot on those lazy days. I must say this place is perfect. It is useful to consider that 15 or 20 years ago it would be impossible to purchase and have... food of this high quality in a reasonably, affordable restaurant. The offerings are positively five star. The soups are wellconsidered and delicious. The french fries are absolutely perfect. They are true French frites. The atmosphere is verycomfortable. The decor is imaginative and inviting and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning work very well. The serviceis exemplary. Read more

The fries are probably the best in Hamilton. Delicious and perfectly sized and fried. They're really, really good. The burger is... good, but nothing crazy or super special. Basic and tasty. The curry ketchup is a great dip, as is the Dutch mayo. It'sdefinitely better than HAMBRGR, The Works, Five Guys, and the same price. Still, will be back and recommend this spot.
