We are regulars at this Tim Hortons, but not anymore. The woman that works the night shift (11:28pm we went on Nov 3rd) is... always so rude and tonight was no exception. Had to wait 15 mins to be served and when she did come to the intercom she wouldn?teven let us order, cut us off after the first drink saying ?drive up? and when we added the rest of our order she didn?t respondto us to let us know she had the drinks. Just stayed silent. We had to ask twice if she had the order. We ordered two coffeesand had to wait at the window forever. Plus, this woman always says they have nothing in stock - why are you even open if youhave literally nothing? Honestly, not sure how she still has a job since I see other reviewers have had the same experience. I simply cannot count how many times they got farmers sandwich without hash brown, but today was the last bit got framer?s... sandwich with no egg nor hash brown plus not toasted! You guys really need to work on your kitchen staff!!!! Read more
Stood at the counter waiting for 15mins on April 27 2022 at 12:35am while the night shift worker made tim bits and cleaned... dishes, without checking the counter once even after I called for her 3 times. If you are going to understaff and only have oneperson working nights, make sure they are trained to actuay check the counter for customers while they are doing other stuff,instead of just ignoring the counter for 15 minutes. This was my first ever recent visit to this location and the service was timely, friendly and satisfactory. However, the potatoe... wedges that I've decided to try out was lacking and can be improved. It was not topped up fully as pictured, they tasted hardaround the edges and dried out as if they were sitting in the warmer for too long. I will surely not order this item again fromthis, if not all locations. For fresher foods, other baked goods would be a better option since these potatoe wedges will be ahit and miss depending on the time of day. Read more
Customer service is amazing there always friendly and happy to see you. If you ask they make it the way you will like it. The... only negative is that I wish the hygiene could be better other than that great food. Read more
