Second review, second 1 star. 3:30pm and the doors are locked? "It's ok, just come through the driver through." I'm on foot.... "That's ok, just get in line with a bunch of cars and tell us what you want at the window." 1) That's not safe. 2) Might beillegal. 3) I don't drink coffee, never have. I was attempting to buy donuts, or timbits, or muffins, depending on what they hadin stock. I'm not going to spend 20 minutes waiting for a car behind me to hit me just to spend 30 minutes playing guessinggames "Do you have this flavor donut? No? What about that flavor? You do, how many?" I had went through drive thru and ordered coffees, donuts and a farmers wrap. My order came to approximately 20 dollars. I went... back over to the hospital and doled out the items I had purchased. But my farmers wrap was missing. I attempted to call thelocation several times and only got hung up on, so I went back into the location and notified the lady at the front desk who wasvery polite. The manager(I am not sure of her name) looked up my order and said ?sir you never ordered a farmers wrap so you?renot getting a free farmers wrap, so unless your prepared to pay for it I suggest you just leave?. She then said ?Unless you havea receipt stating what you ordered then bequiet and leave. Again, if you don?t have a receipt, I suggest you leave?. I wasabsolutely taken aback by this, because for one she hadn?t even heard my plight yet about how the order came to about 20dollars, WITHOUT the farmers wrap, but just the sheer audacity she had to tell me to leave the restaurant that I had just camethrough and purchased items 20 or so minutes beforehand. When I confronted her about it, stating i didn?t want free food, I justsimply wanted to locate why my order was that amount without the wrap on the order, and why she felt the need to be justabsolutely degrading in front of other customers and her very own employees that she?s supposed to be an example for. I?mabsolutely disgusted with her miserable attitude, and told her if I did pay for it then Tim Hortons can have it and I don?t needto beg for food from this establishment. Personally, with a customer service attitude like that I am absolutely shocked she isin a position of management, and honestly believe if she was the manager of my store, she should be fired. This has to be one of the worst Tim Horton's going. This store is so understaffed the drive-thru has been closed numerous times... over the past 3 weeks as early as 4pm during the week. Had to go inside yesterday and 3 of them standing in the back leaning onthe counter talking while 1 person at the store front taking care of the huge line since the drive thru was closed. Theyconstantly get my order wrong. How hard is it to read the screen and make a drink properly. The owners of this location shouldbe embarrassed how they run the store. Read more

I use to come here every morning a couple years back when I was working at a non profit organization in the neighborhood, food... was good quality, friendly staff, service is kinda slow though and still is but an overall great store. I went today to try theHabanero loaded Chicken Wrap! They are great and very hot ???? I love hot and spicy and this did it! It was filling, the chickencrispy and the rest of the ingredients were fresh. Read more

Worst Timmie's ive ever been to. ALWAYS bad. Totally mismanaged and understaffed. 40 minutes to get a coffee. Watching people... leave cuz they don't want to wait anymore. They usually get my order wrong. Everyone looks confused, and at least one personwandering around not helping. Today the bathrooms are trashed and no toilet paper. Hard to get a napkin. Schizo lady in herescreaming as well. Just drive somewhere else, don't come here. Read more

The Barton St location near the Hamilton General Hospital which I visited at approximately 7:30 am left me less than satisfied.... This is not the location I typically go to but I was in the area after a very early appointment at the hospital and needed somebreakfast. The server seemed confused about the types of bagels available. At first I was told the type of bagel I wanted wasn'tavailable. When I asked which types were available, they didn't know. A more senior employee passed by and corrected them. As itturned out, the bagel I wanted WAS available. I asked for it as part of a Bagel B.E.L T. but was disappointed to open thepackage to discover the tomato was missing. It also seemed to take a long time for the sandwich to be prepared. Read more

Double toasted lots of butter huh well I would want to see toasted with regular butter I would get just a cut bagel this is... ridiculous. I am tired of mediocre service with prices going up constantly. Do your job. Read more

The whole purpose of a waxy is to prevent your hand touching my donut. Leaving the waxy in the bag leaves your germs in the bag... with my donut. It also would be a good idea to not put donuts out on display until they are dry. Read more
