Really disappointing reflection of Tim Horton's values. I avoid this location at all costs, but sometimes miss the other one I... prefer on my way home. Staff are consistently rude, rush you beyond reasonable limits, and lack the people skills of customerservice. I have had not a single good experience here. Slowest and most dirty tim hortons I have ever seen. The door handle was broken and the automatic door open button was not... working. They also had an entrance and exit door, but the entrance was at the end of the line whike the exit was the start ofthe line so what the hell is the point? Lol Read more
Had plastic strips in my drink. Not one, not two but four pieces of plastic. Please make sure not to ruin people?s experience.

Didn't know what i was served. Ordered the new loaded cilantro lime chicken wrap. There was everything in the wrap But cilantro... and lime.... Was this suppose to be like this or this was a mistake. Either way bad experience. Read more
Perfect timing for me as I was coming late from the hanging out with friends. Sometimes it's just timing when you really need a... coffee and a Tim Hortons pops up on your travels! I always get the extra large coffee black with double whipped topping (theydon't say whipped cream as it's not in their system labeled as such). It's dirty keto but that's fine. A treat for me! Terrible, they get your order wrong about 70% of the time and I usually just get a regular with sweetener and a cookie or... donut... not complicated. They dont check if they have what you want so when you get to the window they just say they dont havewhat you ordered and stare at you blankly. Inside is filthy and the delivery driver either blocks the turning lane making itdifficult to turn in or blocks the drive through. So I guess overall it's on par with what you expect from Tim's these days...but hey, at least they're fast about it... ??????? Read more
