Whoever owns this location should really take into consideration to hire new staff. This the worse customer service experience I... have ever had. There was ONE person before me who already got served. I stood there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement.I mean, they didn't even look my way. Worst evening staff. Even at 7 they have no food. Employees are always on the phone. I went in today the lady was talking on... phone and made me wait only because she was on the call. Didn?t even apologize for her behaviour. Read more

I went to this tim Hortons this morning to buy a gift card and Ajay served me. He was so friendly and I asked him about a couple... gift cards that I had purchased back on Halloween from the Tim Hortons on Lake Avenue and Barton that were supposed to begifts. Not only did the other store screw up the balances the very rude manager at Barton and lake didn't even try to help me. Icalled head office 4 times and they didn't help me either. So I told Ajay about this and he had the problem solved in under 5minutes. He has amazing customer service. I hope he sees this and how much I appreciated his help today. Also , I hope thisreaches the miserable manager on Lake ave/ Barton location and head office . You are in a business where customer service shouldbe top priority and yet you are awful at it. 2 times out of 2 times, they?ve made the roast beef craveable wrong! It should not have tomato and lettuce? it should have... crispy onions! These employees need a return to basics so they actually know what ingredients go on what sandwiches. I gave them2 chances in case the first was just a new hire but nope, different employee second time and same result. Won?t order from hereagain. So disappointing. Read more

Placed order on app for $10, did not receive product or refund 3 weeks later. When I got there to ask for my grill cheese... sandwich and coffee. The very bored looking and clearly lazy girl who did not want to work(at 7PM on a Saturday with acompletely empty donut display) informed me that both their panini AND coffee maker were out of order?! Was informed she couldnot refund my money because the order was placed through the app. Called customer service and reported the issue, was informedit would be resolved within a week, have not heard anything back and it has been 3 weeks. Can someone explain to me why amultibillion dollar corporation can not refund a measly $10 of my hard earned money? And also they can have locations that arestill open without any functioning equipment? Read more
