I visit a lot of Tim Hortons throughout Ontario because of work. This location in particular should be the gold standard for... other Tim Hortons. They are always busy but the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Most Tim Hortons, thesedays, you won't even get proper manners anymore even when not busy and your food/drink is always messed up. Came here this morning and had the worst customer service experience. Both employees were very rude and when they got my order... wrong and had to drive back they gave attitude. If this is the way you greet people in the morning I suggest you stay in bed orwork for a repo company. Read more
