Worst Timmies ever,always getting my order wrong,this morning asked for Redeye iced coffee and was given hot,when asked for... replacement was given cold but with sugar in it,when specially asked for no sugar. I visit a lot of Tim Hortons throughout Ontario because of work. This location in particular should be the gold standard for... other Tim Hortons. They are always busy but the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Most Tim Hortons, thesedays, you won't even get proper manners anymore even when not busy and your food/drink is always messed up. This Tim Hortons,management and the staff should be very proud of themselves. Keep up the great work. Read more
Came here this morning and had the worst customer service experience. Both employees were very rude and when they got my order... wrong and had to drive back they gave attitude. If this is the way you greet people in the morning I suggest you stay in bed orwork for a repo company. Read more
20 min drive through wait for a cold ?cream cheese? bagel. I asked for it toasted, wasn?t even warm.
poor customer service... Went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks, iced coffee and a tea. After leaving the drive thru... and 10 mins away we realized the tea bags were placed inside of a coffee and given to us. We called to let them know and a ladythere said no problem we will give you a refund and make you a new one. After that phone call we decided it would be easier togo back later as we had to get back to work. We called to let the staff know and the lady on the phone was extremely rude anddemeaning. She had no problem being rude on the phone to a customer who received the wrong product.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMERSERVICE. Will not be returning. Read more

Why have 2 separate drive thrus when only 1 gets attention, the wait time was ridiculous..10 cars as opposed the 20 on other... side. Only 2 girls working.. .close 1 side for better service!! Read more
