Paid for a specialty donut, maple dip gave me a glazed donut. Which isn't even close to the same thing 20¢ difference so I... think it was to busy as usual and little staff on duty so they get a bad rep for being cheap on hiring more people during coldand crazy time's like dinner time. This location is usually busy when dining in, don't expect a quick in and out unless you use the mobile app to order ahead of... time. Everything is always fresh though because of that, which makes up for any wait if you arent in a rush Read more
It's touch and go with some staff. Some are always happy to serve you and some not so much. It's hard to give a great rating... since my boyfriend and I visit everyday. The area isn't so great but it's on our way to the roller rink. There are a fewemployees that know our order by heart so it's quick and easy! Drive through is always packed but they are super fast unlikeothers. Waiting for the Bathroom to be unlocked is quicker than most Tim Horton's. Bathrooms are usually clean. I use to Love this Tim Hortons, fast cheerful service and full cups of coffee. Now it takes forever, one of the slowest drive... thru around. And my cups of coffee come less then full. I get a black coffee, it should be full not an inch from the top ormore. Not only are the coffees not filled, the service is no longer fast, and a lot of the time it is less the friendly. Read more
The drive through staff are usually really good and friendly. Always has a decent stock of muffins. Avoid during lunch, as there... is a school nearby, and it will be filled with rowdy adolescents. Read more
