While fast and still good coffee, this Tim Hortons is not well laid out. It's very hard to get in and out of and needs a redo or... a bigger space. Don't recommend drive through here. Maybe just make it walk in only. Read more

Coffee is consistent. Staff are polite. Drive thru is alittle tight. Overall pretty good

Food and drinks were good. Staff hardworking and polite. Service was on time. Did not wait too long in the drive thru.

I was in today with my emotional support dog anyone that knows that emotion support dog has cards which in got, a worker named... Amanda said very rude, and ignorant with no good customer service, said no dogs aloud, I said he's a emotional support dog, shegot very angry and said I need peppers I told her he got papers in stead of asking me to show her my card I ask for the managershe angerly went and got the manager and I explained to him. he seems very understanding, a person like Amanda shouldn't workwith customers it seems she don't like her job, I was going there for four years every week I won't be going back at thatlocation again I just don't feel welcome. I keep having to return for a missed item in my mobile orders. They need to read mobile orders more thoroughly and review them... before giving them to the customer. I ordered a BELT and got no Lettuce or Tomato. Read more

Corporate needs to do an overall at this store The walk in service is horrible, there is 20-30 cars that go through the drive in... and in that time they've served maybe two ppl inside There was 3 people in front of me and it took me over 30 minutes of waitingto get my order Yet they have more than 6 staff inside This isn't the first time also, this is consistent There is zero urgencyto get customers served, staff with massive attitudes and an air of entitlement. There needs to be a huge overall of managementas well, there was a manager on site today and her attitude is the worst.
