For some reason, very few of the Tim Hortons server personnel have that exemplary customer pleasing attitude or service. This... one here hardly looked at me, took my money without confirming the charge, handed me my donut and shut her window all in onemotion, while I waited for her to listen to my request for "some napkins, please", which of course she did not hear because shewas in conversation with some other co-employee as she shut her window .... Why does this location as with many others run outof food at 8:30 p.m. and yet they boast about being almost if not actually 24 hours service. I think it's been plain greed onthe part of owners: waste little and do not care about serving customers what they expect from a Tim's. Read more

I come here every single morning. Every single morning there?s an issue with my order and I have never once complained, it?s the... norm and I have to deal with it. However, this morning, my mother went through the drive thru, paid for hash browns, got to thewindow and was treated horribly. She was yelled at, cursed at and was told if she didn?t like it she could leave. She was simplywaiting for something she paid for that they ran out of. She was never offered a wait time until she asked if there was one.When they told her 12 mins, she came back and the was told 8 mins and then another wait time. During drive thru she spent almostan hour there. This customer service is absolutely terrible.. I?m sick of it. Read more
No sugar in anyone's coffee, when informed that the coffee wasn't made correctly the staff yelled "well I didn't make your... coffee" at the lady with an infant child in the stroller. The staff made us wait 25 minutes for 3 drinks. There was no queuethey just served the driveway customers instead. The staff also shouted "you ordered the wrong tim bits" at me "do you want topay 7$ for the more expensive ones?" While serving me. If the staff was any slower they'd be stopped. There were no customers ahead of me yet it took the girl about 5 MINUTES to... make just 1 small coffee!! She moves so slowly and no respect for customers. Now I remember why we stopped coming to thislocation. This is 2022 and I won't put up with bad service.
