The fact that this location is the first you would think the staff would put up more of an effort to make the customers happier.... The one lady on cash is always cheerful and helpful and greets every guest. The rest of them DO NOT have teamwork, DO NOT payattention, and ARE NOT helpful nor says have a good day or even a thanks. Today the nice older lady cashed me out had my coffeeready in seconds. The couple ahead of me in line order food. The lady had to tell her coworker to make the food because shewasn?t paying attention of the only station she was working at. I then had to wait another 10 mins because after she was donemaking the couples food she walked away and started talking to a guy in the back that looked just as lost as she did. MY CASHIERhad to make my food she had to do everything. And that?s where the no teamwork took in place. This also isn?t the first time.You guys need to get it together your a Tim Hortons not a restaurant where I have to wait 20-30 mins for a fresh meal I feelbad for the cashier. Finally we came to the first location of ?Tim Horton?! It?s so nice to see their history and memories. Miles Gilbert "Tim"... Horton opened the first store to support his hockey salary in the off season, May 17, 1964. Very slow staff - waited 30 minutes last week and 25 minutes today 25 minutes for a bagel , tea and donut. I left without it.... The correct bagel was sitting on the counter for 5 minutes , I asked the new girl to grab it - which she kindly did After thatthe manager refused to bag up the finished order although the small order has been complete for 10 minutes . Meanwhile she?sbagging up other orders that weren?t complete. She blamed the delay on the new staff but I clearly heard and say the new staffcall out and grab the correct food. I watched my compete order sit there for way too long and had to leave .. I was excited to go to the original Tim Hortons, but was a bit let down by the sanitation of the building. The bathrooms were... not stocked with toilet paper or soap, and the floor was wet. I couldn't find a table that was clean. There were crumbs orcoffee marks on each table. And when I exited the building I stepped littered Tim Horton tea bags.
