It's a Tim's. This one has no drive through. Parking lot is somewhat small for the business that passes through. The staff here... is really great; super friendly and quick to get orders out. Read more

Coffee not fresh at all. Given wrong choice in Breakfast, ask for 2 breakfast with sausage but got 2 little pcs of bacon in... both. Need improvement in men washroom always water on floor. Not clean at all. Read more

I was disappointed with the staff, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. It took 12 minutes for the sandwich bar staff... to make two bacon grilled cheese paninis. There was only one lady ahead of me who got wedges and a bagel. They didn't followdirection as I asked for a lrg bag tea tt with milk one bag in and one bag on the side. Both tea bags were in and I received notea bag on the side. These few tim hortons associates need more or better training. Read more

Maybe they should keep there delivery on instead of turning it off everyday. I order from skip the dishes every morning and some... mornings I can?t order because it says the restaurant is unavailable. Last week, this location turned it off Friday. It messeswith customers, because this is the only Tim hormone that shows up and when they turn it off, there?s no Tim hortons area toorder from. Read more

Worst tim hortons ever. Icecap will no coffe task and all suger syrup. Ordered ice coffee. Asked no cream. Said yes mean do... milk but she got me black and had to call the supervisor. Read more

I was just here today at 6:40pm. There was one staff at the counter; she mentioned that her co workers had gone on break. I... placed my mobile order thinking I'd get out of the way as more customers piled into the store. I waited patiently and steppedout of the line to the mobile pickup area and watched the team member serve the all the guests that were previously infront ofme. My order was disregarded and I don't blame her as it was busy! I politely asked if my order could be made and she told meto cancel it out as there's people waiting in line. I was very upset as there's no option to cancel to get my money back. Shecontinued to ignore me and served the new customers coming into the store. It wasn't until another member came back that Ifinally got my order made !!! ???? I have worked in fast food myself so I understand how stressful it gets; especiallywhen there are staffing shortages. However, that's no excuse for the disappointing experience I had. If there were more mobileorders coming through would they just be canceled out ? I don't want to get anyone in trouble but there needs to be some re-training so that staff members know how deal with clients in a high paced work environment. Read more

Sandwiches were awesome. Very first time redeeming a free sandwich. Very friendly, helpful and patient with me. From the moment... I walked in until I left. I was impressed. Very clean. The staff knows names of each customer. Even the customers are friendly.My boyfriend and I must have had 4 conversations during the 45 minutes we were there. We must have had about 25 people greetingus both while outside having a cigarette. My boyfriend and I agreed we will start coming there more often. I can't wait! A truehidden gem in Hamilton. We were waiting for our Nissan to be fixed at Lovely Auto Sales. Read more
