Worst Tim Hortons - literally never had coffee! Isn?t this a coffee shop! Never has dark roast at the most busy times of the... day? How is it possible you don?t have dark roast coffee EVERY day? Everyday I go there and order a large coffee and everyday it?s always nearly cold worse location ever. Won?t ever be going back... to that tim hortons since you can never get a hot coffee at 530am or any other time. Not happy at all about wasting money Read more
Getting a lot of coffee grinds lately out of 4 different ones I go to. Messed up on 4 sandwiches 2 I gave away because mustard... and mayo was added when I said 2x no mustard or mayo. I did a compliant to all managers and its still happening and haven'tgotten anything in return except I'll speak to my staff or I'm trying to get it under control and the other said ya she new hereI'll have to have ANOTHER talk with her. Received my coffee with some extra flavour! Looked like mold around the inside rim of my cup and coffee tasted like cleaning... chemicals. This is the 4th time it?s happened at this location so I decided to ask to speak to someone but their wasn?t amanager at 9:30 am on a Friday. I will never return to this location as I believe someone is going to get sick. Really wish Icould have resolved this instead of turning to reviews. Read more

I hate when you order something with milk and you get cream instead. Seems to be happening way too often at this location! ... ???? If you order with milk, recommend double checking it's correct before you pull away from the window. Read more
