0 stars. Extremely rude attendant at the drive thru. I can't speak for the daytime staff but the evening drive thru operator is... terrible. Insulting and sarcastic. The place is run down and nasty outside and inside. Avoid this location. Read more
It's good, but workers are not allowed to share details about their products. That's specifically dangerous when talking about... allergies and intolerance to certain products. Until they have someone intoxicated or having an allergic reaction they willlearn to share what their products have. Read more
There is one staff here I think her name is steph? This 5 star is for her. Without other employees she opened the store, took 4... orders of people standing in line, took two drive through orders then.....she mixed all 6 coffee's differently while listeningto a new drive through order and like a drill sgt started firing them to the right people. Here's the best part. I don't think Iwaited for my coffee for more than 30 sec? She never lost her cool, always polite and understands how to prioritize multi taskand explain to customers there will be a delay even though I believe that was faster than usual hahaha. just WOW. This Tim Hortons has really gone downhill, there was a young lady working cash today and I asked her what kind of sauce and she... repeated it three times and I replied, I understand that and heard you the first two times, my question was what's in thesauce? She is behind the till rolling her eyes and giving attitude then turns to someone else to ask, I said I have a foodallergy and need to know. The other lady was very nice and told me, I said thank you, that's all I needed to know. The worstcustomer service, I won't be going back to this store and would rather give Upper Ottawa (in the Giant Tiger plaza) my business,much cleaner, more organized and way better customer service. Great morning service with a smile. Even got a free donut when she seen I was taking photos for gmaps. Told her that I was... thankful for the complimentary gift and she said we need all the promotional public feed we can get. Best part is mine is freeand on a public platform too she said!
