Drive thru pretty efficient since a lot of morning I go there. Great roast beef n cheese sammies
Had an early morning hospital appointment and went through the drive thru to grab breakfast and a coffee afterwards. Line-up... was about 8 cars long but it went super quick and I received exactly what I ordered - and proper decaf brewed coffee too! Toomany locations in Hamilton are doing what I call the "cheater" version: shot of the decaf espresso plus hot water, which is nottasty at all. Read more
Moody staff. The following all happened in one visit. I was served my coffees waiting for sandwiches and a couple people waiting... and I seen the lady throw the bag ontop of counter for someone to take but never said who?s or what is it. I waited 5 more minsthen asked how much longer and in disgust she pointed at the bag ontop of the counter. I didn?t move an inch the whole time andknow forsure she didn?t say what the order was or anything. During this a team member is crying pouring coffees and staff isyelling at her and then an foreigner is trying to order food and a coffee and clearly doesn?t know the process the lady didn?tnot guide him along but made it seem like he was the dumbest man she?s ever seen.
