Drive thru pretty efficient since a lot of morning I go there. Great roast beef n cheese sammies
Had an early morning hospital appointment and went through the drive thru to grab breakfast and a coffee afterwards. Line-up... was about 8 cars long but it went super quick and I received exactly what I ordered - and proper decaf brewed coffee too! Toomany locations in Hamilton are doing what I call the "cheater" version: shot of the decaf espresso plus hot water, which is nottasty at all. Read more
Moody staff. The following all happened in one visit. I was served my coffees waiting for sandwiches and a couple people waiting... and I seen the lady throw the bag ontop of counter for someone to take but never said who?s or what is it. I waited 5 more minsthen asked how much longer and in disgust she pointed at the bag ontop of the counter. I didn?t move an inch the whole time andknow forsure she didn?t say what the order was or anything. During this a team member is crying pouring coffees and staff isyelling at her and then an foreigner is trying to order food and a coffee and clearly doesn?t know the process the lady didn?tnot guide him along but made it seem like he was the dumbest man she?s ever seen. Parking is plenty. Drive through is good option as location is always busy. Try in person as well seating area is specious .... Outside seating is also available. Bit take longer to take oder in person after order take bit longer to get . It is convenientbecause easy excess while Going for work for me Read more
Coffee's usually perfect but the chances of a correct order nowadays is 50/50. The drive thru is slower than ever which... shouldn't match with messed up orders. Just in time for summer student workers now ???? At the price of gas the wait probablycosts 5 bucks now and going in is somehow no faster no matter how many are lined up inside or out ???? Read more
I do enjoy the coffee here but I had a bagel belt this morning and I was completely disgusted in the rotten lettuce that they... heaped on top of it, someone needs to have more quality control on your food you are serving, next time hold off on lettuceplease if it's rotten thanks! Read more
A nice, clean Tim's. Gets busy in the morning, both in store and the drive through. Pretty empty the rest of the day. The staff... are great; friendly and efficient. The small, tight parking lot seems to prove a challenge for some drivers. Read more
