My coffee is always wrong. This morning it wasnt even marked properly. The girl grabbed it out on my hands and spilled the... coffee on herself. Never once apologized for anything. Just kept saying "its milk ma'am". Cant even tell you who it was becauseno one wears a name tag. Read more

This tims is legit the best. Always good coffee, always good tea. All the baked goods are always soft and fresh. I live downtown... and sometimes legit drive all the way to this location. Friendly staff and 90% of the time it's very quick to get youritems! Great job! ???? Read more

Not to mention how many reviews you see about the manager/supervisor lady. She definitely needs to be retained or replaced. I?ve... been working in hospitality industry for years and never ever seen any manager/supervisor ?behaving? like this. Worst Timmy?sexperience ever!!! Read more

I was in the store today to get 2 small coffees. I came back to coffee, when I sipped the coffee. coffee tasted and smelt burnt.... I went back to the store to get it changed. they asked if we had the coffee with us. we were like yes, we did not even drink it.we gave them coffee back, which I believe anyways is against their policy. anyhow they gave us new coffee which was almost thesame burnt and smelt burnt. I told the girl over there that the coffee was burnt. she said its just brewed fresh, she was notready to listen that the coffee was burnt. she was so rude and told me to go to another Tim Horton's. on my way back, I calledthe store to ask her name because I did not want to say bad about everybody their. she said I do not have any information aboutwhat you are talking about. she was yelling over the phone. I would give her a zero star to that supervisor , she was eveningsupervisor at 894 Upper James , Hamilton. Ontario. the whole store has zero customer service skills. and despite being like thisdo not dare to tell their names. the worst experience of my life. Read more

I was a regular but I am appalled and hope an owner or manager sees this. I'm not one to complain, but at June 2nd 2022,... 12:40pm-ish I WATCHED a worker drop a sandwich I had ordered, I smiled at the worker, because well-- it happens. The supervisorcame over, wiped off the packaging and then tried to hand me the floor-food saying she didn't know it fell on the ground.Suspicious since she was wiping it off... Won't be coming back, would highly suggest against others even attempting. You reallydon't know where your food has been. Read more

It's your average Tim's but at times, very slow especially if you order inside. They usually never have more than one Server... inside as the bulk of their Servers deal with the Drive-Thru. The location can be incredibly busy given the fact that there isanother Tim Horton's (in the Convenience Store) next door. Parking just like the entrance/exit can be very well difficult ifone is here during their busier times. This location does offer a Dine-In & has an overall comfortable setting. Read more

(Let me just say that I worked across the street from this one (Esso) & when they sent me here, the supervisors were always so... rude to me.) Today, I as I was passing by, I stopped to get a donut and an iced coffee. My order taker, Lucky, was super rudeand had no manners at all. I got my iced coffee and couldn't even put the straw in it because of the CHUNK of ice she put in it. I called and asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one, fine okay, I told her about my iced coffee and she said "I madeyour iced coffee and I know it was fine". First off, when a customer calls and complains, you agree with it and try to fix thesituation. Second off, if you hate your job that much, get a new one, as I did. (In this picture, the ice chunk had melted abit already) Read more
