This location is always understaffed. Seemingly incredibly poor management to not have enough people to manage drive thru and... the front. There was a time when this location was quick but it seems it is busier now and they have not hired staff toaccommodate. Read more
Just had a really tense altercation with the employees here. All because we couldn?t hear what they were saying at the... drive-through. I?m not even able to drink my drink right now because they made it incorrectly. This Tim Hortons is so slow in the morning, 2 people in the drive thru, 1 person for the food and 1 for the front. So why is it... fair to the people that have to walk or catch a bus every morning trying to get coffee and waiting 15 mins in line for a coffee.Very slow Read more
DO NOT mobile order here if you value your time. Multiple occasions Ive placed a mobile order for 1 drink, showed up 10 or 15... minutes later and still had to wait in line and tell them about the mobile order before they even started making it. Theyre toooccupied with the drive thru to keep an eye on front cash. What a joke Read more
I went to place my order at drive thru and the girl taking the order literally shouted on me when I asked for a lemonade!
