I don't know how they haven't shut down yet. They need all new staff and management. Always super rude and very slow. I... always wait in line for 10 mins or more just to get a single coffee with milk. One man tried to tell the staff a toilet wasclogged, and she turned around, smirked, and walked away - completely ignoring him. I was told once they couldn't give mechange when I paid because "they didn't have any". So I walked out getting the $1.95 they owed me. They don't apologize forwhen they are moving slow, and they definitely do not clean. They don't greet you or say hello. I am fed up with this TimHortons which is a shame since they are the only one in Westdale. They "forget" to do online orders as well. The wholebusiness is a mess there. Read more
This is a very poor location. Store appears dirty and smells dirty. Service today September 26 2022 was absolutely horrendous. I... waited 25 minutes for two items. I was the 3rd person in-line upon entry. The young woman who took my order was notunfortunately not sufficiently trained. She repeatedly asked if I knew how to make an iced coffee? The milk/cream dispenser wasnot in service and she was making coffees with out know how much milk or cream to add. She added so much cream to my coffee thatI couldn?t taste the coffee. I promptly threw it in the garbage. When I asked her to see the supervisor she couldn?t understandmy question as she spoke very little English. The staff spoke to each other in their native language which was Punjabi. Thislocation needs a corporate presence for training and observation of the employees. Read more
They?re always understaffed and don?t care about customer service. The donuts and other baked goods never look fresh. The loaded... chilli is currently a featured menu item but they never seem to have it, I?m not sure if it?s a supply issue or the staff justdon?t make it. The hash browns make me nauseous so I always get a regular breakfast wrap, 9 times out of 10 there?s still a hashbrown in it. If you?re looking for a good Tim Hortons, this one isn?t it! Read more
For a nice location with a lot of potential it is pathetic and filthy. Under staffed rude and unhygienic. Flies all over the... food tables and floors covered in grime. Service desk filthy I could not take a photo. Ordered the bowl 8.99 plus tax and theportion size was a handful of tossed in food. One staff member while two left for the day line up out door and staff sitting andeating. Very unorganised not fast food. Such a shame!!!! Read more

Pre-pandemic this location was fantastic, but ever since then it has gone SEVERELY downhill. I?ve left this Tim Hortons feeling... frustrated, disappointed & even on the verge of tears. Something must be wrong with the management/ownership. Their employeesare like a deer stuck in a headlight; lost with no sense of direction. The communication is in disarray & no one seems to knowwhat is happening. I?ve visited here & there throughout the past couple of years & the service is subpar every time. Everytime. Definitely not a one off ordeal. If you?re just getting a drink or donut, it?s fine. Anything else, stay clear. Read more
