The bathroom is totally foul. I saw a needle cap on the floor. To get the toilet paper you have to stick your hand in a metal... box, after seeing the needle cap that was the last thing I wanted to do! Service was slow but the staff were friendlycourteous. Read more

I've been to this place 5 times since the new owners took over (I assume it's a family from India); And I haven't been served... ONCE! I've walked out every time because of the extremely long wait times for simple orders. All I wanted was a small coffee anddonut.. and they couldn't get it done. I thought that's what they do at Tim Horton''s? I guess they don't anymore.. I wouldn'trecommend this under-staffed location to anyone.. Read more

I'm still in the parking lot writing this review. Words can't express how horrible this place is. Never in my life have I been... to a worst Tim's. Dirty isn't the word. Service. Lol what services . Second in line. 25 min later for a beagle and a coffee. And they still got the order wrong. Zero hustle in the staff. It's obvious that they do not care. Read more

Terrible! The staff took my money for a drink they probably knew they could not prepare - this store is always running on empty... by the time daylight is gone. When I was given back my change...I was short changed. The value for my experience is not worththe difference. This location must be the best at being the worst in Hamilton. I'm not sure who to feel more sorry for: theemployees who have to serve up the disappointing results, or the customer who thinks they're going to walk away with anythingbut a coffee. Read more

I told the cashier 3 times what I want and she kept saying something different then what I said. I asked for a homestyle sausage... and egg biscuit she goes raisin tea biscuit... I'm like no .... and I asked for a large cold brew with oat milk no syrups, shehands me a black cold brew.... honestly terrible customer service. Read more

The absolute worst Tim Hortons in the city! They don?t know how to glaze a donut don?t know how to read simple directions... there?s a 15 minute lineup just to get one coffee because only one person behind the counter is actually working. Everyone elseis standing around doing nothing. It?s a daily occurrence every time I go to this Tim Hortons, it is a constant long wait andthe food quality is terrible along with the drink quality. I don?t know how to follow simple directions or stir coffee. Thislocation as a joke and I?d love to meet the owner one day. How they?re even still in business is beyond me, absoluteembarrassment of an establishment. Read more

The staff here is always helpful and prompt... However, in the last couple months the overnight hours have been more miss than... hit. Often, they do not have the staffing to keep it open overnight. While it says Closed on Google, right below it says 24hrtakeout, which has recently has been sporadic at best. I am not sure if it a scheduling issue or miscommunication but thereneeds to be some consistency - either stay open 24hrs every day, or have the hours of the other locations (eg 6am to midnight) Read more

This is my local Tim's. I make sure to stop here whenever I need a caffeine boost before my own fast food shifts. Today I... must've come during a mega-rush. The place was packed and due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on dining people aredefinitely looking more to service workers for speed and efficiency as nobody wants to stand around in line waiting on foodduring these times. That being said today I was helped by Hemanth and his manager, DJ. They all handled the line well whilemaking sure to keep everything moving. Adept at handling the crowds as well as the colourful local scene these guys really didwell today and should be commended on their efforts. By now they see my order coming a mile away and they always remember whichdonuts are my favorites. There are tons of Tim's in the city but I actively choose this one because of the friendly faces.
