First of all I would like to say this location always serves great coffee. Although?. When it comes to food they are all about... speed? not quality. Your bagel toast for maybe 10 seconds it?s not even warm. I order butter and cream cheese so they put butteron 1half then cream cheese in the other? Butter is for the bread so it melts and moistened it.. applying on only 1 side of acold bagel just creates bites with a chunk of unmelted butter.. which is very gross. Also since when do they not cut your bagelIn half? I thought maybe it was the one employee but it is every day. Read more

I just waited about 45 minutes in the Tim Hortons lineup at the College (maybe 20 people and had 3 staff working) and when I got... to order, the lady didn't even look at me, no smile and was VERY unpleasant. I had ordered a Cheese Bagel with cream cheese andbacon on it with a Small Vanilla Iced Coffee. The casher looked at me and asked me " Don't you see the lineup? Can't you ordersomething less complicated?" Never have I ever received such horrible customer service. I used to work in Fast Food andunderstand it can be busy at times but with 3 staff members working and a lineup with now less than 20 people NO ONE deserves tobe spoken to like that, especially a PAYING customer. This Tims is ALWAYS at least a 30 minute wait and management needs towork on scheduling more staff.. I will also be calling head office and be speaking to them as this was disgusting. Read more

Poor quality food. They always run out of stock. They are extremly slow i always have to wait more than half an hour for my... order. The workers do not even care about the big line and they keep working on the same pace. And sometimes there is only oneor two workers to serve the rush of people. Read more

On the 1st of October, 2018, which was yesterday, Between 9:30am - 10:00am, I was at Tim Hortons outlet closest to the bus... terminal to get a coffee. I gave the Cashier $20 for the $2 purchase. She asked if I had a small denomination because she didn?thave change. Fortunately, I saw $2 coins in my pursue and I gave it her forgetting to collect my $20. I didn?t realize thisuntil I go back to Burlington and wanted to buy food. I couldn?t come back because I stay far and won?t be in the college until3rd of October, 2018. absolute slowest Tims in the city. this morning I was the fouth person in line, all I wanted was a bottle of coke because... everything else was closed (per usual). I waited 12 minutes then gave up because I was going to be late for class. In that 12minutes they served 2 people, one guy got a sandwich (which they messed up twice) and the other a coffee. Yes there were onlytwo people working but there is no excuse for that. Horrible Service. Team member argued me that she can't double toast the biscuit. Rude and Lazy people work there. 0 accuracy in... putting stuff in coffees and teas. Don't know how to make standard coffee. Big lines always. Don't know how to do quick service. Read more
