First time I used payment method at drive through order speaker vs at window. Seemed slower as not many cars in front waiting... for food. Backlog was behind order placement at speaker. Then got the wrong breakfast sandwich, which can happen as new employeebeing trained. ???? Read more
There was a long lineup in the drive thru, but I didn't expect to have to wait 25 minutes. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 bagels and... some water, once I finally made it to the window I got the water and coffee, then had to wait another 5 minutes to get thebagels that weren't even cut in half? Looking inside it seemed like everyone was running everywhere with no organization. Wasn'timpressed with the wait time. The coffee and bagels were good though. Very poorly managed. Frequently out of common items. Out of chicken yesterday, today out of rice so no bowls or wraps. Baked... goods, frequently out of common donuts. Waiting in line for 10 min to only to hear "out of it" not even apologetic for wastingtime. It is convenient for me but Every time it is hit or miss for common items you expect from Tim's. Came into this location about an hour ago and could not believe how disrespectful the manager Lana was towards myself and 4... others in the line, we were standing there patiently for about 10 minutes before I walked up to the counter and asked "excuseme, can we please get some service?" And the managers response was " WAIT, tough, you don't like it? Too bad, go somewhere else". Never in my life have I ever witnessed such a rude employee let alone manager,. I called corporate right away and checkedreviews on this location only to fund out this woman has been like this with many people for many months, I'll never ever evergo back if she's still working there, NEVER. Always busy, in person or in the drive thru. Trying to find parking and maneuvering the parking lot is madness. They don't... always get the order right because they're so busy. However, if you need a pit stop on highway 6 it's one of the only ones soit might be convenient for you. Read more
We live one hour away from this location. When ever we visit our aunt in Niagara(which is at least once in a month) we always... comes here for coffee and food. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes bad. Yesterday the incident was not pleasant at all,we all make mistakes. They gave Chicken cravable instead of beef. When I called the store and informed the manager she waslaughing at me, saying they don?t have a system to keep a record to keep it for next one month. I told her a system that theycan use, she said that?s is an excellent idea but the manager turnover is high so this won?t work because she doesn?t plan tostay there for a month.
