The person who made my sandwhich wad more interested in talking to her coworker in line than instead of doing her job. Then had... a bad attitude when I contacted the store. She tried to convince me the bacon comes out of the machine uncooked. Don't eathere you will get good poisoning. The coffee tasted burnt too. Read more
I usually go to this Tim Hortons and service and quality of food is good. But today I went there around 1:05pm and worker... working there treating me very rudly and made my order wrong. She gave 6 ice cap when I had asked for just 3 Mocha ice cap. Imean she didn?t have to be rude or just stop working. Store manger should look into this. Very bad customer service!!!!! Read more
I work in the building and visit here frequently. Today in the afternoon, the line was especially long but yet again, I had... great service through the stress of demanding customers. The woman at cash gave me her full attention with a smile and when Ipicked up my lunch, I was greeted with a pleasant hello and a friendly 'have a great day!' It sent me back to work happier thanI would have been without that experience. Great job team! Read more

IF ANYTHING IN WORLD IS SLOWER THAN A SNAIL IT HAS TO BE SERVICE AT THIS PARTICULAR OUTLET. Either they need to hire more staff... or train the current ones to be more efficient. I visit this outlet every other day as this is closest to my work and everydayit is the same story. Heads up again. If you visit this outlet minimum waiting time is 10 to 15 mins if you are lucky.
