This Moe's has changed, in some ways better and in the most important way not so much. First I noticed that it was a lot... cleaner, witch is a plus. The food portions are skimpy. I think the owner was watching like a hawk over his guys,who wereincredibly nice. 13 bucks for a bowl that barely had anything in it was disappointing. My wife had a crunch wrap thing and itwas lacking as well. $40 bucks for two people by the time they nickel and dime you for everything it was a disappointing meal.It tasted good but not worth it. We will not be back. What also sucked is while we and other guests were trying to eat they arecleaning the floor with a mop that overpowered the room with a chemical smell. Not appealing. Wait until you are closed to mop.You want to sweep up the crumbs fine but wait to mop the floors until your gusts have left. Read more
I received someone else's quesadilla as what was in it was not in either one of our orders. Had to throw it out as it was so... filled with beans that it was inedible. Very disappointed in my order as I had nothing to eat last night and couldn't return itas you had already closed. You really need to make sure that the right food goes to the correct person Read more
Employees were extremely rude to my fiancé when he was ordering today. He was ordered 2 items and they were talking to him at... the same time regarding toppings, making it difficult to understand. An employee gave him attitude when a miscommunicationoccurred because of this. They put cucumbers on my quesadilla instead of peppers, who does that? Disgusting. They also forgot togive salsa even though my fiancé asked for it. Very disappointed, will never go to this location again. Read more

I like Moe?s for fast causal food on the run because they have mushrooms ???? unlike some similar chains. I have been to this... location before . Perhaps the management or ownership changed but the food ???? was not bad. I had a chicken ???? burrito ????bowl???? with mushrooms of course! They also include free tortilla chips and salsa ????????. The portions are now noticeablesmaller. I believe each location is an independently owned franchise. I have also visited other locations and probably wouldreturn to this one. Read more
Moe?s *used to be* one of my favorite ?fast-food? places? But lately, it?s just progressively getting worse. I don?t know if... it?s the pandemic, or new owners, or what? But the prices are ridiculous, and the skimping is just sad. Tonight, my husband andI ordered Moe?s via the app. He got a stack, and I got a bowl, along with the ?drink and a side? add-ons. All in all, beforetaxes it was $40. Add in tax and a 15% tip, we?re talking $50. This is what I got. I typically eat the bowls with chips(thinking dipping/scooping). This is the amount of chips we got TOTAL. Even when I go inside and order instead of using theapp, it?s always extra $$$ to get a decent amount of chips. If I?m paying $40 dollars for food, I really don?t want to benickel-and-dimed over chips that cost you next to nothing (and I could keep getting if I chose to dine-in, without an extracharge). Since my last review, this particular Moe's has REALLY taken a nosedive in quality. I've always said that Qdoba's, Chipotle's... and Moe's are the big 3 of the "fast food" Mexican restaurant chains. This Moe's was a 5 star place, but dropped to a 3. Sodamachine wasn't working properly, when mentioned to staff, no one acknowledged problem. Booth we sat in had a large tear in seat,covered by tape. First I asked for the $8.99 Monday special burrito they charged me $9.99 then when I said something about it they pretended not... to understand English. Second my burrito was soggy wet and cold . 3rd they added a bottle of water to my order that I did notask for . Moes used to be my favorite however ever since the new owners took over the restaurant has been going downhill. Read more
