Horrible experience: I brought my grandmother for her birthday tonight. We ordered pasta dishes, calamari and kids pasta dishes... for my children. They brought out the kids pasta and our salads. About 40 minutes after, they bring us to go boxes without everbringing us our entrees or our appetizer. At this point we decided we didn’t want the entree because it had taken so long, sowe asked for our bill to only be for what we got. The waiter then refused this and told us we had to take the food either at thetable or in to go boxes. I repeated myself and he told me again that we didn’t have a choice and that we had to take it andasked me how we wanted it. I asked if it was ready, and he said it was and so I said we’d take it to go. We sat there andwaited over 10 minutes for them to finally bring the food in to go boxes… They forgot about our food, then forced us to payfor food we no longer wanted, and were INCREDIBLY rude to us because it was 3 women and children and he knew he could bully us. Went for my son's 26th birthday. Service was horrible, seemed like the waitess had no clue, dropped the food and ran away,... didn't ask if we wanted more drinks. Had to get the bus person to get water, she didn't speak English. Food was good, my sonsfilet mignon was way overcooked but he ate it. Upscale pizza place, wouldn't rush back. Read more

This is my first time dining here and at first glance the outside seems like a typical Italian/pizzaria, but once you step... inside, it's one step away for fine dining. It's casual, but excellent ambiance and I was extremely impressed. The food wasexcellent, we thankfully arrived at an early 5pm reservation, and was sparse but when we left, it was practically full! Ibelieve Padrino stopped by a few times to ours and other tables, genuinely caring about the customer experience. I've neverposted images of plates and didn't see an option for captions, but mine is the seafood risotto which was huge and delicious,others ordered a beautiful rib-eye steak cooked to perfection and a wild caught salmon with fettuccine. Wow. I can't believe I've lived so close and never been here before. Food was great, portions were enormous and we both took... home leftovers. Food was prepared quickly and came out hot. My friend Joyce and I enjoyed a really great dinner there tonight. Rose was our wsitress and she was awesome. Friendly on the... phone and in person. The food was excellent. And the Owner, Carlos, was super nice to deal with as well. So glad we went toPadrino's tonight. I even booked an event for there in the near future. We will definitely be back, for sure.
