For some strange reason, the cashiers at the drive through DO NOT GIVE SEVERAL DOLLARS IN CHANGE. MULTIPLE TIMES. Went today,... she said my total was $25.33, I gave her $30 in bills and she asked for exact change. I figured, there's a change shortage soI'll give her the change. Took me a few moments to find coins in my car console. She just took the cents and NEVER GAVE ME THE$5???? I asked her about it and she said "No it was 30 honey" are you serious? 08/09/2022 around 11pm.gave me a hot flat drink and told me there was no ice in the store.made a circle to the window after... finding out the drink was flat and saw them with a huge container of ice.Asked for a refund for my drink and was told it wasn'tpossible.When you start playing or lying to me about my food,I don't want it anymore.they eventually refunded me after having totell them over and over their drink didn't taste good. I wasn?t going to write a review this is the second time in went here after work.. and the Hispanic guy was very rude. The first... time he was passing the wrong food out people was passing it back and he sat it aside trying to give it to the next customer. Hegot mad when i told him I didn?t want it. Tonight I order food I gave the lady who speaks no English the correct change. Shewent to get another lady who asked what the problem was and i told her.She told me i was lying I said run the cameras back andcount her draw and you will see she owe me $10.00. The food was so cold it wasn?t even warm. I asked for fresh food the guytells me no they can?t do they he has to sell what was made even if it was hours ago. I will never support this location untilthey learn how to respect and treat their customers. The day time workers are not this rude. They need a whole new night timecrew. Read more
I went through the drive through this super annoying guy is signing loudly into the speaker as he?s trying to take my order. I can't comment on the food as I haven't gotten over there just yet, because I'm working at the CVS next door. But I want to say... whom ever the gentleman is that working today, June 3rd at 2pm, in the drive through. He absolutely made my day. Just by the waythis gentleman had excitement for each customer through the drive through. He was cheerful, and funny. Very manneful. Drove through, instant response, clear audio, my custom order was repeated clearly. Both windows are being used, so payment was... ready instantly and took mere seconds to complete (card). Had a great experience at this location. There was a new employee, who didn't know how to work the machine, but the person... teaching her was patient with her and it made me smile. Great customer service, and it is beautiful and clean. No place to eatoutside, but inside is spacious, and a good amount of parking. Read more
My daughter ate from there yesterday purchased the chicken blt combo they put cheese on it ..Missing lettuce and tomatoes..this... was around 6pm..No lie 8-9hrs later started puking her guts out and severe diarrhea..it hasn't let up 12hrs later still samesituation..
