I had to edit my 5 star review after I received gift certificate for Christmas. I went to Brightly's to redeem gift certificate... and was told I could not because it was bought online. Apparently if you buy a gift card/certificate online you have to shop attheir online store, which only has about 20 items and even though I live close by, I have to pay shipping. I've never heard ofsuch a policy and it completely left me disheartened. Read more

I visited today and was unhappy with the cashier incorrectly charging me. He overcharged the plums as nectarines and cherry... tomatoes as regular tomatoes. When advised the total should be $3.50, not $9.00, he corrected the plums but argued about thetomato price. Given how uncomfortable it was, I agreed to over pay and recommended they update the price on their sign. Thesigns were visible from the check out.. Another employee intervened and explained to the cashier the difference between regular& cherry tomatoes. The cashier did not apologize or admit he was mistaken, he refunded the tomatoes then charged me the correctprice. I 100% understand mistakes happen. But, there's a tactful way to handle them with a customer. It was a really awkward, uncomfortable experience. I expected friendlier customer service from such a beautiful place. Read more

I absolutely love going to this quaint farmers market to get my fresh fruit and veggies. Not only that, but they have an amazing... shop to get so many different items. I especially love coming here to support a local family when I am shopping for gifts forfamily/friends. I highly recommend checking this place out! Read more

Very expensive. The women that work here are not Customer Service friendly at all! The outside area is Super cute for little... ones! The only reason I gave you 2 stars is because of that. Work on appreciation of your customers! Read more

Brightly's is a home town market, with big heart, creativity and around every corner there you will find something new that will... tempt you to bring it home. Their building is packed with all sorts of unusual items from fruit to furniture that will keep youfeeling welcome and glad you stopped in! Their staff is so friendly, ready to help you find what you need, as well as answeringquestions you might have about things you didn't know you need. Their produce is plentiful, always fresh and tasty - don'tforget to check out their baked goods, jams, jellies preserves as well as their vast selection of other delectables. Theirplants are always healthy and well kept for you to adorn your home's. They have a managery of family oriented activities as wellas their own version of a petting zoo. I have found myself just wanting to stay, sit and enjoy the whole experience of theirgood taste and people watch all those enjoying themselves just walking around in wonder. All in all, I can easily say Brightly'sis a have to experience place to be. Near or far you will find an enjoyable experience at Brightly's! Read more

Just discovered this place and was very pleasantly surprised with my visit. They carry all kinds of unique gifts and goods, we... enjoyed taking our time to see all the offerings. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they went out of their wayto help me. Finished off my visit with a wine tasting and that, too, was very enjoyable. Their wines are excellent. Recommend avisit for people of all ages. They have things for everyone here. Check it out, I think you'll agree. Read more

Had the BEST time! If you love gemstones, the mining thing is actually a bargain. Big druzy pieces of amethyst and other gems go... for $55+ easily at any store, but are included in a $20 and $45 bag that also have TONS of other gems, fossils and sharks teeth. My pockets are overflowing with a great variety of beautiful gems and my little rock loving heart is happy. The playground wasperfect for my 2 year old who wasn't really into the rocks. Can't wait to go back! Read more

We never heard of Brightly's Farm Market until we recently took a trip there to have our grandchildren meet with the incredible... Santa that they have for the holiday season. They did a wonderful job of creating a socially distanced environment that wasstill a great experience for the children and adults alike. Santa was by far the best Santa we have ever experienced! While atBrightly's, we were amazed at all they had to offer. All kinds of collectable items, art, crafts, clothes, educational toys, wine, food, gluten free, one of a kind, outdoor art, etc, etc. Everyone went home with bags full of very cool things they foundat Brightly's Farm Market! Worth the drive from Rochester or Buffalo to visit Brightly's Farm Market. We will be back again! Read more
