We knew that quality had gone down at this location, but it had been a few months and we decided to give it a try. Should've... stuck with our gut instincts. I had ordered a 12 piece bucket, and only received 7 pieces. Not even 8, which would be the nextsize bucket. The chicken was overcooked and hard. We were also missing one of our sides. We tried to call, but could not getthrough - the phone just rang. I doubt they were so busy that someone couldn't answer a phone. They may have redone the insideof the building, but they also need to re-do the staff. Save yourself a few bucks - go somewhere else. Read more
I love the chicken tenders I have been buying them for a few years. I understand the times and how everything is going up in... price but the price of the 12 price chicken tenders went from $12.00 to $24.00. It?s ridiculous. I will not be ordering from KFCanymore. Was given a FROZEN pot pie last night with instructions on how to cook it. Asked for a discount since the entire point of... getting food was not to cook! Nope, went home with my frozen pot pie, followed the instructions which were not at all accurateto time to find out there was NO chicken in it at all! We all know this KFC is the worst one that ever existed but this toppedthe cake on this one. Unfortunate they do nothing to change their terrible reputation or making this establishment decent. Just bought an 8 piece meal half extra crispy half original. Only got 7 pieces. No gravy for the potatoes and only 3 biscuits.... Staff refused to open the door to fix their mistake.. I literally didn't leave the parking lot. Will never recommend this placeto anyone. Read more
