Crazy long wait. More people in line than sitting in the restaurant eating. After placing our order, only half of our food... arrived. They finally had to come out and ask what we had ordered. Food was fantastic though! The Duke! Read more
Food was good as it normally is. The manager on duty left the girl on front alone with the place packed and when she did come in... she was rude to the woman ordering in drive thru talking to her like she was interrupting her phone call she had to hang hercell phone up to take an order after the lady waited 5 min to even be spoke to . where do I start. I don't see why people is saying they have good customer service. the managers and co workers have the worst... attitudes toward people. the food is thrown together and then served to you with a naste attitude. Read more
