The service was horrible. The lady from the night shift was so rude. We were waiting to order in the drive-thru for almost 30... min tying to see if some will respond well no one did we proceed to the window and waited there for another 15 min. Then thelady came to the window and she is like what did you order im like nothing you never answer in the drive-thru can you pleasetake my order and she said all rude with big attitude that she won?t take our order in the window we have go all the way to thedrive-thru and order there. I waited 45 minutes for nothing just cause the lady did not want to do her job. She only have onecar. I will never recommend this place. Read more
The surprise party ice cream was off the charts. I am deaf in my ear hard to hear the girl with the mask on, shield up as well... as music playing. Maybe lower the music there some. It could be because I'm 49 that it bothered me. But yea , it was hard tohear. Read more
First all the staff is very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited ten minutes. I spoke several times and no response. I... proceeded to the window and all three employees noticed me and said nothing. I waited for five minutes and nothing. Yourservice was a negative ten. She told us she couldn?t hear us through the intercom, so we pulled around to the window. Given thatit?s a holiday we asked were they still open she replies, ?yes we?re still open? and proceeds to walk to the back. Without onceasking if we would like to order. 4 stars because the service was quick and accurate. Dissapointed by things like a young child being allowed to mop their floor... (maybe an employes kid, I don't know, but struck me as odd...lol) also, the music being piped through the business was a rapsong with offensive lyrics. Not being a prude but not appreciate for a family friendly business. Read more

Some old bag at 3:00am on Saturday morning refused to open the window for me after making me wait 10 minutes at the window she... clearly saw me there , there was no answer at the speaker I had a DoorDash so I just pulled forward she purposely ignored me Ihonked once so she?d notice me and she still ignored me and continued to serve other costumers making me wait and the order hadto be CANCLED by DoorDash and unfortunately that person didn?t get what they paid for because of it I need to speak to a manageror corporate!!!
