Inadequate Service for banquet area. Waiter was very friendly but he was trying to get food and drinks for 65 guests with... usually only 1 other waitress. Appetizers were either cold or barely warm. Appetizers were dried out and impossible to eatincluding wings..which is really ridiculous when that's their signature item. Also, I literally choked on the pretzelbites..they were so tough and solid that after my 1st bite which I bit too large of a piece off..thinking it was soft, I wasstuck with this huge hard ball in my mouth and because I didn't want to spit it out in my hand because we were not givensilverware or napkins..I started CHOKING on it instead..My friend made me spit it out..called the Waiter and made him take itaway..bring wings instead...which brings me back full circle to the dry tough wings which was our last resort mentioned above. I will give the benefit of doubt and say the regular bar and restaurant was probably OK that night..just not our 50th ClassReunion. Read more
This BWW is great. Food is good and wait staff are pleasant and professional. My only suggestion is to bring a sweater. The... establishment keeps it very cold inside. I believe it to be a business tactic but I could be wrong. Try the cheesecake withraspberry syrup...amazing. Read more
This was my first time here and it was a good experience. The place is clean, my waitress was nice and always made sure our... drinks were filled and we were happy with everything. Multiple screens to watch almost any sport that was on. The onlyless-than-stellar thing was my boneless wings. They looked like someone carelessly poured seasoning on them. The service and food was good. The only thing that we saw was the booth seating needs to be updated.
I ordered to pick up a 10 PC boneless wings and they only gave me a 6pc. I tipped when I was paying now I regret tipping because... they are too lazy to do the job and make sure the order is correct before they give it out. Smh will not be coming back to thislocation. Update * Gave this location another chance and once again they mess up my order. Waited over a hr for my order anddidn't get what I ordered. Friendly staff and food tasted good, but one of our boxes was leaking the sauce all over the bag and got on everything else, and... our box of onion rings had all of 5 in it.. Clearly was rushed tossed together and not checked over, so that was a bummer. Read more
