Looks good on the outside. Horrible on the inside. Sloppily made barely any veggies. And the ones that were on there didn't... taste fresh. Only reason they got a 3 is because the fries were fresh. This location usually does pretty well as far as qualitybut someone dropped the ball this time. Read more
Ordered a number 12 and a rodeo burger. Got home within 6 or 7 minutes and fries were cold and tasted old. Same with the chicken... fries, but that wasn?t even the worst part. I would have just popped my food in the microwave because at this point I wasalready home and was just going to deal with the minor inconvenience, but I had to completely throw away my entire meal becauseit?s like they just poured a pound of salt on my fries as well as the chicken fries like they were trying to season them to makeup for giving me old food that had just been sitting in the warmer. I?ve never had any bad experiences prior to this, but it wasenough to make me not want to waste anymore money at this particular establishment since they are allowing their employees tohand out food as bad as this was. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries thinking I was about to get full but little did I know.... That DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER... was about the size of my fist. I am VERY disappointed. It took them like 2-5 minutes to prepare my food so of course it wasn'tfresh but I saw them make my fries (those were fresh). There is a very small amount of fries. I'd ordered medium fries and itlooked like the same size of a small. I had to order a larger size for me and my mother. HOWEVER.... I ordered through the app. I said ?I was here?, in order for them to fill the order. I was suppose to pick it up inside and the... door was locked. There were six cars in line! I waited for 25 min. When I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile orderthat I was suppose to pick up inside, they told me they couldn?t find it. They finally found it and I got to the window waitedsome more m, finally got it and got it home we live around the corner from this restaurant and it was barely warm and the largefries I had ordered was probably more like a small fry being that the container was only half full. I'll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no... onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, whowas kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he'll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn'treceive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn't want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. Hethrew a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he's not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I askedfor the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn't move from the window. He yelled for me to moveor he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police wasvery kind and understanding to my plight.
