This is one of my favorite breakfast places. Generally, I order the double neat breakfast which includes bacon and sausage... patties. Their pancakes with butter and old fashioned maple syrup is simply amazing. On a rare occasion, and depending upon thecook, you may have to request a remake. The location is usually packed as consumers patiently wait to be seated. This is why Iprefer to visit during the week rather than the weekend. How it started: Loads of parking available, not overly crowded, immediately seated without a wait, server came right up How it... went: Order time was kinda slow. Our server seemed overwhelmed. She had at least 5 tables in our section. Our food order wasaccurate and arrived at our table nice and hot. How it ended; The food was tasty and satisfying. The store was clean, besides that the food did not match anything close to the pictures on the menu, the server only came twice... (understandable as there is hiring crunch), got our order wrong, and despite reminder did not bring us the baked potato weordered. It is a sign of how late it was between ordering, getting our food, and the bill that we paid for the missing bakedpotato. Perhaps other cracker barrel are better. Read more
we had to wait about 45 minutes after we sat down to get our drinks. another 45 to get our drinks and food AFTER we had to go up... to the door to ask where our food was. poor service. and the broccoli that we ordered was given to us IN A BAG. never returninghere again Read more
Wow. I'm usually the last to complain, so let me start with the good Good : Food 3/5 That's it. The service was awful. We... waited nearly 7-8 minutes to order our drinks and food. Didn't get the drinks till 15 minutes into being sat down. We orderedour food at the same time and didn't get it until about an hour later after we grabbed the manager. Who said "sorry, our kitchenstaff is trying their best" Which, I can get. Although the other tables around us got their food before us, AFTER BEING SATAFTER US. My grandma got her Salad about 30 minutes before our food. Which an hour passed before we saw any food. Beverage wasrefilled 15 minutes after it was empty, and I had to once again call over someone to help. Overall, very poor experience. Theirstaff is constantly being over turned and poorly paid. Don't recommend not only because of poor service, but bad businesspractices in the way they pay their employees. Read more

Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant. The food traditionally is delicious and every time I've went, the service was on point.... I've seen some of these 1 and 2 star reviews and I think that comes down to the patience of people now a days. There is ashortage of workers everywhere you go so you have to expect delays. All for the service, I've never had a major issue that I canrecall. A bit of advice, always get the same thing you order every time. Read more
