The Staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and delicious ???? They package your food neatly. You won't have to... worry about the Sauce from your Big Mac falling into your lap! ???? 8/18/22 Update: So I tried again, 11 months later. I'm not sure if this was just a fluke or a complete 180, but service, speed,... food were all excellent. Everything tastes fresh, packaged correctly, and served quickly. Great job to the lunch shifttoday!!! Tends to be slow, items unavailable, missing items from drive thru orders, and it has been closed twice recently. Hadto edit 8/14.... now the pop machines are down. 12/30 they have been closed 6 times since my last edit. Wonder if the ownerknows they seem to close many nights around 1-3am.... 1/22 They just can't get orders right or the whole order out the window.This has increasingly become the worst location I have went to and I'm from Chicago. 2/2 1:15am: WOW! Super impressed tonight.It was like a completely different crew. Not one thing to complain about. Congrats to mgmt on getting it together. 2/19 2:10am:I gave them credit too quickly. Again, they are closed. Lights lit up but 'system is down'. This location has more issuesbetween 1-3am that most locations have for the whole year. 7/3/19 12:57am : the girl at the pickup window just glanced at me,pushed the bag out the window, and shut it. I know what to expect here so I checked my food. One of my sandwiches was a mess.The wrappers on both looked like a little kid had balled then up around the sandwiches. Lol One burger was such a mess that whenI opened it, half the stuff started sliding out. The wrapper was covered in stuff too. 7/21 2:58pm: Really. An old side saladthat was dated for yesterday. smh This place just cannot seem to get right. Check everything from this place. 9/17 3:30pm: WHYare Yall like this??!! The orders are always wrong. This place is rude and unprofessional! I would give 0 stars if I could. Called this location Thursday @ 1am to confirm what time... they closed so that my fiance could go and pick up some food. A lady answered and told me they closed at 3am and rudely hung upthe phone after I said thank you. My fiance gets to this location just a bit before 1:30am to place an order, just to be ignoredthrough the intercom. He pulls up to the window to see that the 2 ladies that were supposedly "WORKING", hiding, trying not tobe seen. So he knocks on the window, both ladies rudely go up to tell him that they are only taking door dash or online orders.If that was the case, why did the lady not state that when I called them, so that my fiance didn't waste his time trying toorder food from this location? He saw several cars turned away by the two ladies that are working there. I would not recommendthis location at all, to anyone. They clearly need better employees to work nightshift. Was by FAR, the freshest food I've had from McDonald's! Fries cooked crispy and to perfection and chicken sandwiches were... unbelievably fresh and crispy with warm soft bread! Only downside, cashiers and managers need to show interest in customer,instead of just standing there talking while the line builds up. Read more
Clean n fast service food made well n ???? fries ???? hot and not greasy
This place is improving. It's a lunch spot occasionally when I need quick and cheap. The cashier at lunch is a sweetheart and... incredibly welcoming. The store itself is going up in quality, both in terms of service and cleanliness. I hope this continues! Read more
