Thanks for the three out of four chicken sandwiches had burnt buns, I mean black. Are you kidding me? Another update, You never... get the right order here. Ordered Breakfast sandwiches receipt said No bacon and they put bacon on the McGriddle on top ofmissing a sandwich. I work in food service as a shift manager and find this problem a management issue. 3 other customers atthe counter with the same issue at 10:45 a.m. on 11/22/22. Read more

If I can give less than one star I would but ordered through grub hub. Ordered 4 meals and only got drinks. Grub hub driver... picked up at this location and didn't know the meals weren't there when the receipt taped to the bag clearly show meals areincluded. I fault McDonald's for not knowing how to to do quality control in bagging the meals for grub hub and if there wasmore than one bag they should have included. I fault grub hub for no accountability for who they hire. Of course they'll refund60 dollar meal but for our inconvenience offer additional refund but only to use on future orders through them. I have now left the line multiple times after waiting twenty minutes in the drive through. I would have happily walked into the... store to pick up my food but the doors are always locked. Again, i have left after paying on the app because it just takes solong. Read more

McDonalds has always been the slowest fast food service, however this location beats all the Mc Donald?s I?ve been to. First of... all, they always rudely say they never have the Cactus Jack Meal when they advertise having it, and then when I tried to ordersomething else they never took my order thus making me have to go somewhere else. I am very frustrated that they never even letme order after being so rude and cutting me off. They left a long line of cars after me because I was waiting for at least aresponse (but of course I left after a while). Let?s not talk about all the lazy workers they get for their pay????. The wait at drive thru was 20 mins finally got to the second window for the guy to hand me a bag. I looked inside to check it... and completely wrong order. I threw it back on the counter. All they do on the inside is stand around and talk. BETTER YET go tothe one on Kennedy Ave you'll get better service there! Read more

The employees are nice only thing wrong they definitely need to change the oil in the fryers . That way the food don?t look like... it?s old . I actually gave a second chance in coming here but same thing .Kind of disappointed , because it use to be a greatone to come by . Read more
