Got some Alfredo today and it was trash. No flavor at all Don?t know if it?s always like this but I been to this place before... and believe it was at least decent. So a new cook is need asap. This was the 3rd out of 5 orders that this location has made a mistake on. First there was no sauce, second the wrong sauce, and... third wrong sauce again. In-between there were two orders where they were wonderful. The first time I was given a $20 in storecredit that expired after 14 days. The second time I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes then and employee picked up andset the phone down for 35 minutes and I heard everything that was said. The 3rd time I messaged Pizza Hut via the "contact us"option in hopes of compensation of a giftcard or coupons etc. I realize employees have off days, I order via the app store thereis no miscommunication. I continue to irder because my son enjoys it and this is the only local store. Makes me sad to complainat all. Read more
Would?ve got 0 stars. Very unprofessional!!!!!! I waited in my car for 30 mins before calling and was put on hold as soon as... they answered. I walked in the store with my phone now saying 8 minutes I have waited on hold. I stood in the lobby watching onelady in the back making pizza. I finally said hello a young girl come from the back with her head phones in doing nothing whileI?m waiting for my pizza!! Place needs a whole new staff. Read more
