I'm torn because Rally's has been one of my lifetime mainstays in my fast food menu, but this new way they handle things ain't... it. We pulled up to an empty drive-thru and were told to pull to the window to order. This is annoying because how am I supposedto remember the names of the stuff or make impulse orders at the window? We place our order with a young girl who seemed reallynew. I won't fault her her inexperience. What I will fault is the two button-down wearing "managers" in the background gabbingaway, until I see one go and drop our tenders in the fryer 7 minutes after we received our receipt! 5 more minutes (now with afull line of people behind us) and they ask us to pull up into a spot. They bring out our food a full 20 minutes after we orderit, and STILL gave us the wrong sauce. I go up to the door to get the correct sauce but they've locked the lobby! Had to walk tothe window! At least the food was hot and good, because if it wasn't, you'd probably be reading my review from some dumbclickbait article "They gave him the wrong sauce and you won't BELIEVE what happened next!" The wait time to get your food is ridiculous. And the food well..... look at my pic's That was there version of a grill hot dog.... I couldn't even eat it because it looked as though it was precooked two times before I got it!! And not sure what that blackstuff was on the bun.To me there food taste like hospital food not fast food. Won't be going back there. Read more
Haven't eaten at a Rallys in decades. Now I rwhy. Small portions for the price. And the price they chafed me didn't even... match what was posted on the drive up menu. Drink was mostly ice. Chicken tenders were good. .but were skimpy!! Read more
