It's a shame that the wage per hour went up. 15$hr now for fast food? Still can't find employees. And you would assume with... raise in pay would atleast keep the quality at or above par. Oh don't be mistaken. No matter how much employees are paid, youwill still get below par service and quality. This whole "covid" thing really screwed peoples minds on top of everything elsewrong. Sometimes it late and you have few choices in food for the night. Knowing the outcome you reluctantly choose the closetprocess garbage outlet. They were very friendly as humans, but workers.. well. I always get a Whopper, fresh off the broiler, extra mayonnaise, cut in half , with onion rings instead of fries.
This Burger King ALWAYS gives me trouble. I believe this stop will be the last one. Order is ALWAYS wrong, and INSTEAD of... informing me, they are OUT, or they are not going to cook what I order, they choose to substitute, THEN hide, the substitution,so that I don't find out til I get all the way home!! My burger was red on the inside!! Um, NO!NO!NO! UNACCEPTABLE! And, tellme, PLEASE...Why does the soft drinks taste funny?? EVERY flavor tastes like it has SPLENDA for sweetener!! Do they? I prefer mysoft drinks to contain SUGAR, not even Cane sugar, just plain old white sugar!! AND, NO MATTER the time of day or night, wetalkin' 1130am, 1130pm OR 200am, the line BARELY moves, I mean, BARELY, like molasses will beat me to the red light EVERY timeon a -20 winters day!! No matter if there are 2 cars in line or 20 cars in line!! Why? I understand if the other orders areHUGE, but not everyone's orders are huge ALL the time!! I mean, come on!!! I will end this review post on a positive note, Imean, Burger King used to be my go to choice, back in the day, it's an icon...In a separate bag, I was given plenty of straws(for my bottled water), TONS of napkins and Plenty of sauce, (not ketchup) SAUCE, (for the onion rings I didn't get)...OK wellit wasn't totally positive but HEY!, It'll be my last one! I HAD TO GO OUT WITH A BANG!! Add-on Edit...I had to come back andsay one more thing...Now, I am all about employees dressing nicely for work! BUT, in the FOOD INDUSTRY, I honestly thot, it isMANDATORY for HAIR NETS and those extra long fingernails, can most certainly be painted a pretty blue, BUT, don't they supposedto be cut and trimmed down to a certain SHORT length AND covered with food handling gloves?? The website and store says they stay open til 2am.. me and my husband waited at the menu for 30 minutes and no one answered. I... called and someone picked up and hung up. The lights is on they just didn?t want to take any orders. They need to be reported tothe head manager in charge. Read more
So I waited to write this review, because I thought ok, mistakes happen. But every. single. Time. I order from this burger king... with doordash, they forget something. Fries, whole meals, sides, etc. There is never a time we order that they don't forgetsomething. It's not that hard, guys. it's literally printed for you. Read more
This location has recently been remodeled. The building is nice . The bathroom is ok .the out side of the building is neat and... clean . The service is a hit and miss you may or may not get fast friendly service. Same with the food . The general food andservice is about like most all Burger King locations . This spot is no different. It is very convenient off i55 so if you need aquick stop then this is a ok stop. Read more
The food was cold,an old they were out of lettuce an ice an didn't tell us we had to drive bk around to ask what the issue was!... The workers could definitely use help in being nicer! I will avoid this location next time! Read more
