This is not a review on food because the food has always been great. However this is will be a review about your manager... Brian. I absolutely understand the policy put in place and it was frustrating but still understandable. What I will notunderstand is how i walked into this establishment after I got off the phone with BRIAN and overheard him speaking about me toother customers. He had no idea I was the lady on the phone he had just spoken to but was speaking to the other customers about?the issue? I had. Very unprofessional and was caught in the act. This place used to be great, but this time we filled up on our app while we waited about 30+ minutes for the Friday special-... boneless wings. There were maybe 2 other tables and about 3 people waiting for to go orders for a while. The dry rub wasn't dry.The boneless wings were cut chicken strips.. the Honey Garlic tasted good. I don't know how else to say these are the absolute best wings I've had!!! Fried to perfection and the taste was superb. I tried... lemon pepper dry, spicy garlic romano ranch, sweet and spicy. Their service is insanely slow like ridiculously slow?I called at 3:34pm to place an order for a simple chicken salad I didn?t... get my salad until 4pm?the salad only had bacon, cheese and chicken and I was the only order at that time and it still took 30minutes.
