I used door dash to order food from here. Izzos blocked me from posting a 1 star review. Half of my order was missing and the... driver slung the food onto my porch from my driveway so half the burrito was torn apart. Read more

It's a chain restaurant, so you know what you're getting before you go in the door. So my rating is for the location. Staff is... always friendly and the place is clean and well managed. Bathrooms are always clean, floor is mopped regularly and tables areclean. Above average when compared to others in the same field. Read more

Good food, good customer service, just a little bit on the expensive side. 95% of the food is completely fresh and cooked that... day, which is great. The 5% that is not fresh however is the chips because they seem to hardly change the fryer grease and theshrimp is sometimes of questionable quality. Everything else though is kept up very well. Food is amazing! I love izzos because they always offer fresh options. The customer service here was terrible unfortunately. The... girl helping us was on her phone and hardly looked at us.
