Everyone is so sweet here. They accidentally made the wrong sandwich and were happy to remake it for me. They were super kind... and understanding. I always love coming in here because some of the workers give me recommendations on their favoritesandwiches. I have taken to trying something new every time I come in. Always my favorite JJ spot when I?m passing through the area but I?m a bit disturbed that they now ask for a tip when you pay... for your food. Not a fan of tip request on fast food orders because people should be paid properly. It?s not our fault the worldis what it is today. Read more
Food was very good and price was not bad. I got the special limited time sandwich they have right now and it did not disappoint.... If you have not tried here, you should. Atmosphere was also nice. I love any place that gives you the option to dine outside. Read more
Ordered my food online at noon the day of asking for it to be at my location at 6pm. I called at 6:05 pm asking where it was?... The cashier lady was short with me and said it would be there shortly. I asked if the driver had left yet, she told me no. Iasked her how long it would take and she hung up the phone on me.. Can't wait to order food from them again... NOT!!! We came in here to get the box combks and you can add a drink for a discounted price. And the manager here didnt knkw what I ... was talking about and wouldnt discount the drink. Then when i askes to sleak to the manager he said I AM THE MANAGER. I askedfor a card so ai could contact the owner an he said sorry you can look online we dont have cards and he laughed. So rude. Ordered a sandwich online which when it gets there shows the receipt with complete details on how to order a sandwich. It was a... number 6 veggie that come with cucumbers by default(for a good reason) it got here and there was no cucumbers I order with nocheese so it was just a soggy mess. Called to see about getting fixed they didn't refund or remake. Told me to call next time sothey can confirm what I want. THE RECEIPT HAS AND EXACT LIST OF WHAT TO PUT IN THE SANDWICH I'm not usually one to rant on areview but it's happenened multiple times. Read more
Would have been a great sandwich providing I met the delivery outside and his vehicle reeked of weed. Not saying he is smoking... at the time but the smell just ran out of the window and it stinks. Read more
